What should I include for my service?

• ITIN or EIN: say which number you need, why you need it, whether you already have one, and whether another accountant is preparing a tax return. Do not enter the number itself.
• US company incorporation: describe the planned activity, where the owners live, whether the company already exists, and whether you need ongoing accounting.
• Valuation: explain the purpose, the business sector and the date the valuation is needed.
• Fundraising or financial modelling: explain the decision or funding goal, your deadline, and whether you need a new model or a review of an existing workbook.

Illustrative example: “We are a UK-based software business preparing for a funding round. We have a draft forecast and need a review before an investor meeting next month.”
